Onshore applicants only

Visa sponsorship

Hospitality · Bunbury, WA, Australia · Full-Time · $100,000 - $110,000/yr · Visa: Employer sponsored · Applicants: Onshore applicants only

This vacancy is for an experienced chef to lead one kitchen of a hospitality group that operates two established, year-round hotels in regional Western Australia, south of Perth.

First comes the level. You may be appointed Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef, depending on your experience, skills and career goals. Next comes the handover, where management provides initial training and support before you take on more of the kitchen. Then there is the food, which is elevated modern Australian pub dining and Italian-inspired cooking based on fresh local produce.

Working hours are 38 ordinary hours per week, full-time and salaried, plus reasonable additional hours where applicable. Applicants must be already residing in Australia with work rights. On the visa side, the employer may consider future sponsorship for suitable candidates, depending on eligibility, business requirements and immigration regulations, and it currently does so for more than 10 staff.
